Flood stop

• Modular system for protecting buildings from flooding
• Protects against sudden heavy rainfall, knee-high flooding and even real flooding
• Building openings of all kinds are sealed off from water ingress, and storage areas, offices and access roads can also be protected
• The individual elements are made of very robust steel profiles with a special profiling for even more stability
• Despite this, the slats are lightweight and can be easily installed by one person in just a few minutes
• When not in use, the individual slats can be nested due to the profiling and thus stored to save space

Mounting instructions:

• The retaining rails are permanently attached to the building in front of the reveal
• Soffit = vertical, inner surface on window, door and gate openings
• EPDM seals provide a secure seal to the structure
• The individual slats are inserted into the rails
• Thanks to the tongue and groove and additional seals, the slats lie securely on top of each other
• To seal the slats watertight with pressure, they are fixed with a clamping piece on each side
• Thanks to the pre-existing holes, it only takes about an hour to install the retaining rails
