2. Planning
It's time to get into the details. With UDO BÄR room planning, we can quickly create an accurate picture of your premises with our products—visualized to scale in 2D or 3D. We then implement any desired adjustments and changes until everything is just right for you. Only then will you receive our customized quote.
3. Delivery and assembly
Everything is prepared. The delivery date has been announced, the shipping company is on its way, and the assembly team is ready. We coordinate delivery and assembly and ensure that everything arrives on site and is quickly ready for use.
4. Commissioning
Now you're ready to go. Finally, we carry out a joint project acceptance inspection to ensure that you are 100% satisfied. If anything is not as agreed, we will of course find a solution immediately – that's our guarantee.

Not every order is completed with the delivery of the goods. For larger projects, deadlines must be coordinated and monitored, delivery, transport, and assembly must be supervised, and packaging must be disposed of.
Finally, there is the acceptance process. All of this is very time-consuming and ties up unnecessary resources in your company. UDOBÄR takes care of these tasks for you, allowing you to concentrate on what is important.
On request, UDO BÄR will implement your projects from start to finish: After arranging an appointment with our sales representative, we will visit you for a personal consultation to review the existing plans and draw up the design, possibly with 2D or 3D visualization.
After the quote and order, we arrange fixed delivery dates for you and organize the transport of the goods, assembly, and even the removal and disposal of the packaging. Finally, the project is approved by you together with our sales representative.
