It is available in different versions and can be climbed on one or both sides. The step-stile connection is flanged and the ladder joint has triple riveting and a thicker wall. Both ensure better protection for the ladder user, stability and durability.<br><br>The R13 anti-slip treads make this model perfect for wet and/or oily work areas, as the risk of slipping is reduced, even with wet or oily shoe soles. To prevent the entire stepladder from slipping while working on it, the stile ends have non-slip foot caps. All versions have an ergonomic grip zone with a clamping mechanism that prevents the ladder from being opened unintentionally during transportation. The tapered design also promotes high stability. The ladder, which can be climbed from one side, contains two high-strength webbing straps as a spreader safety device from a variant with seven steps upwards. It is also a version approved for use in the Netherlands in accordance with the Goods Management Act. <br><br>On the model that can be climbed on both sides, the webbing straps are already fitted as an anti-spreader device from the smallest ladder upwards. Please note that the Dutch version must be ordered on request.<br><br><strong>Good to know!</strong><br>DGUV 208-016 (formerly BGI 694) provides explanatory information on the provisions of the German Ordinance on Industrial Safety and Health (BetrSichV) on the provision and use of portable ladders and steps. <br>DIN EN 131 comprises 4 parts dealing with designations, types, functional dimensions, requirements, testing, marking of ladders, safety instructions and user information.<br>",
